COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the California Instruments MXT10 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Siemens products, including obsoleted and phased-out Spectrum parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Ris product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Siemens such as the OP15C26AV35151MA22 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the SOI200AB120A16K485PP manufactured by Spectrum and we are pleased to be able to service most Spectrum systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SC8302 by Manufacturer Ris as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Lauer Brand PCS090TOPLINE in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Touch-Master such as TM50 equipment made by Touch-Master have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Touch-Master products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Touch-Master" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available QPM3D200B2P made by Pro-Face as well as the popular NUM25G original spares produced by Jetter Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the PCIe8361 by National-Instruments and TM50 spares by Touch-Master are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original N200 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Yokogawa. |
